Garw Valley Railway
The Garw Valley Railway is based on the former Pontycymer to Tondu branch in South Wales. Most of the track remains in place and the branch includes potential station sites at Pontycymer, Pontyrhyl, Llangeinor and Brynmenyn.
The railway does not currently operate passenger services but has been acquiring stock for future services. They have owned a Class 108 set since 2009 which will provide service as both a DMU and hauled stock.
