Preservation Information 143619 became the 12th of the class to be preserved after the Tanat Valley Railway secured a third and final 143 set for its modest line, the other two being ex-Arriva sets, in contrast to 143619 which was a former Great Western Railway unit. Following a fairly long period in storage it is not known if 143619 is operational, and it has yet to work any passenger services in preservation.
